Shocking Incident at University of Jos: Student Apprehended for Stealing Lecturer’s Bag, Containing Valuables, During Exam and Selling it for N10K
In a distressing turn of events at the University of Jos, a student has been caught red-handed for reportedly stealing a lecturer’s bag during an examination. The incident took place within the premises of the university’s department while the students were engrossed in their exams.
According to reliable sources, the students had just concluded their exams when they realized that the lecturer’s bag had mysteriously vanished. The stolen bag was said to contain a substantial sum of 18,000 naira, a valuable laptop, and crucial credentials.
As soon as the bag went missing, all the students were summoned back for further investigation. Among them, a particular student who had been absent raised suspicion among the authorities. It was discovered that this individual was the prime suspect in the case.
The source further disclosed that the suspected student was eventually apprehended and, upon interrogation, confessed to the crime. Shockingly, he admitted to stealing the bag and selling it for a mere sum of 10,000 naira.
