A social media commentator known as Veryfairman has accused former Big Brother Nigeria contestant, Tacha Akide, of failing to honor a contractual agreement tied to a sponsored trip.
Tacha, who recently moved abroad, drew attention online after showcasing her new $6,000 apartment in London, including a tour of its interior. While the reveal impressed many fans, it also sparked controversy after Veryfairman released a video alleging unresolved financial matters linked to the reality star.
According to the online critic, Tacha had accepted a payment of ₦1.5 million from organizers of a trip to Cotonou, following an agreement made through her management. She was reportedly scheduled to appear at the event and was a key promotional figure for the tour.
However, she allegedly failed to attend and did not issue a refund. Veryfairman claimed that the organizers sold tickets and launched promotional campaigns based on Tacha’s confirmed participation. Due to her absence, the team was allegedly forced to refund ticket buyers and cover losses from marketing efforts.
He also urged Tacha to return the funds and compensate for damages incurred by the organizers. While mocking her recent show of wealth, Veryfairman insisted that the star should be held accountable and fulfill her obligations.
Reactions to the accusations have surfaced across social media platforms, with fans expressing a mix of support and criticism regarding the situation.
