Three people have been declared dead following an Iranian ballistic missile that struck an apartment block in Beersheba.
The Times Of Israel reported that several other persons were seriously wounded during the attack.
CNN also reports that Israel’s emergency services confirmed that the missile struck the southern Israel city, killing three and injuring at least six others.
According to the report, the emergency service Magen David Adom, MDA said six people were being treated with light to moderate injuries, an MDA spokesperson said.
The Israel Defense Forces said it identified missiles launched from Iran toward the country and instructed residents to enter bomb shelters.
