Juju musician Sunday Adegeye, popularly known as King Sunny Ade, has debunked the rumor about his kidnapping after sharing a video online.
Recall that Gistreel that the daughter of King Sunny Ade, declared him missing in the late hours of yesterday.
Damilola Esther Adeniyi-Adegeye, the daughter of the music icon, took to her social media page to raise the alarm as she wagged the finger of accusation at his manager and stepbrother, Dayo Adegeye.
Damilola claims the 78-year-old music icon has been inaccessible for weeks, with his manager reportedly relocating him between hotels and restricting contact with his family.
However, the Juju misician has shared a video himself debunking the kidnapping rumor. According to him, he needed to rest hence left home to have a peaceful space.
“My children wanted to see me, they thought I was kidnapped after I went away for a few days to rest. But I thank God, I was not k!dnapped and I didn’t k!dnap myself.”
This follows after his manager released a statement debunking the rumor about the kdnapping of Sunny Ade.
