Rosy Meurer, Nollywood actress and wife of businessman Olakunle Churchill, has stirred up reactions with a new post many believe is a response to damning allegations shared by controversial gossip blog, Gistlover.
Earlier in the week, Gistlover posted a cryptic that accused an unnamed woman who “snatched another woman’s husband”, only to now face the same betrayal in her marriage.
The blog alleged that the woman’s husband was now involved with her close friends and staff, leading to embarrassment and turmoil.
“Hello Tueh Tueh, you see this life ehn, if you snatch person husband, another person go snatch am for your hand, you loose them the same way you get them,” the post stated in part.
Although no names were directly mentioned, online users quickly linked the post to Rosy Meurer, who famously married Churchill after his marriage to actress Tonto Dikeh ended in scandal, fuelled by reports that Meurer had been romantically involved with Churchill during his previous marriage.
In what many interpreted as a subtle clapback, Rosy took to Instagram to share a video of herself dancing joyfully to Gladdest’s “If You Done With Your Ex.”
“Cho Cho Cho how far? Abeg married woman fit jump on this challenge? ,” she captioned the post.
Her post immediately sparked a wave of mixed reactions, with some fans praising her beauty and unbothered attitude, while others accused her of indirectly admitting guilt or deflecting from the situation.
