Nollywood sensation Regina Daniels expressed her entire support for a revolutionary bill backed by her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, that seeks to separate Anioma State from the existing Delta State.
The gorgeous movie queen rushed to Instagram to upload an electric video in which she sparkled in her native clothing and enthusiastically endorsed the bill. Regina began the video with a warm greeting in her own dialect, exuding pride and sincerity, before introducing herself confidently as a true Anioma daughter.
Regina praised Anioma’s rich history and legacy in her impassioned statement, emphasizing the necessity for the new state to protect and promote her people’s identity.
She passionately addressed the Anioma community’s goals, highlighting how the establishment of Anioma State will improve their cultural and socioeconomic position.
Regina Daniels emphasized the enormous potential and profitability of the proposed Anioma State, claiming that its establishment would ensure an equal distribution of natural resources and considerably boost parliamentary representation for the proud Anioma people.
In her native language, she stated, “I want to talk about the Anioma people.”
Switching to English, Regina elaborated, “Anioma is indeed an endowed culture, it possesses the classical characteristics of oneness, a shared history, robust culture, language, traditions, and features that set us apart from other local governments in Delta State yet, uniquely connects us to the south-eastern state.
“As a true daughter of Anioma, I am immensely proud of the recently sponsored bill for the creation of Anioma State by my beloved husband and our distinguished Senator Ned Munir Nwoko.”
The actress underlined the importance of the bill, saying, “I believe the passage of this bill will heed the clarion call for the creation of the sixth state in the south-east, addressing a long-standing injustice.”
