Nigerian social media users are buzzing over a recent video shared by Prime Boy, also known as Owodunni Ibrahim, who was a close friend of the late singer Mohbad.
During a TikTok live session, Prime Boy openly criticized Mohbad’s father, accusing him of capitalizing on his son’s death for personal recognition instead of giving him a dignified burial.
He alleged that before Mohbad’s remains were exhumed for an autopsy, his father didn’t provide a proper casket for the burial. Prime Boy went as far as saying he would have preferred leaving his own child’s body in the mortuary than burying him in such poor conditions.
In the video, Prime Boy also claimed that Mohbad’s father is now pursuing a career in Nollywood, noting his recent appearances on multiple movie sets.
The revelations have sparked widespread reactions online, with many expressing surprise and concern over the strained relationship between Prime Boy and Mohbad’s father.
