A heartfelt video of late Nollywood actress Ada Ameh has resurfaced online, drawing emotional reactions amid renewed violence in Benue State.
The clip, originally recorded during an earlier wave of killings in the region, was recently reshared by her close friend and fellow actress, Empress Njamah. In the emotional footage, Ada Ameh tearfully addressed the disturbing bloodshed in her native Benue, pleading for both justice and prayers.
Speaking with raw anguish, Ameh lamented the disregard for human life, painfully stating, “Today, cow better pass human being.”
The resurfaced video has struck a chord with many Nigerians, especially as the state faces yet another tragic episode of mass killings. Empress Njamah, in her post, also used the opportunity to honor Ada Ameh’s memory, noting the late actress’s deep concern for her people before her passing in 2022.
“KEEP RESTING IN PEACE MY DEAREST ADA. Your strength, courage, and voice will never be forgotten. I’m still trying to process the pain of your loss, especially knowing the circumstances surrounding your passing. Your state, your people… they all deserve A PEACEFUL STATE, Continue to rest in peace, my angel, friend and sister. Your legacy lives on
