NPFL postpones Rivers United’s next three games

The Premier League has postponed the matchday 27, 28 and 29 games involving Rivers United, DAILY POST reports.

The postponed games are against Sunshine Stars, Katsina United and Abia Warriors.

The games were postponed due to Rivers United's Confederation Cup engagement.

A new date is expected to be fixed by the NPFL.

The NPFL disclosed this in a memo sent to the clubs.

Rivers United will do battle against USM Algiers in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup quarter-final clash next weekend.
