A Nigerian man has declared his decision to abandon God and embrace satan in pursuit of wealth after almost 50 years of struggling without achievement.
The man, identified by his TikTok handle @saintsteven3, shared a candid and emotional video, lamenting his long-standing financial struggles.
In the now-viral clip, he was seen in what appeared to be a shrine-like setting, surrounded by symbolic items that suggested a turn towards traditional or occult practices.
Explaining his drastic choice, he revealed that despite dedicating 43 years of his life to serving God, he remained poor, hungry, and without basic achievements such as a car or a home. Frustrated by this, he announced his intention to give satan a chance, saying he wanted to “check something.”
“I gave God 43 years of my life and I still dey beg for food, no car, no house. I think it’s time to give satan a chance in my life. I wan check something,” he said.
