Nigerians have released a diss track targeting GTBank and the EFCC over the arrest of online personality VeryDarkMan.
The track surfaced in a post shared on the popular social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
It was initially alleged that VeryDarkMan was arrested on the orders of GTBank after he visited the bank with his mother to lodge a complaint about unauthorized deductions from her account.
However, a CCTV footage later emerged showing that VeryDarkMan was not arrested inside the bank, as he had already exited the premises moments before his arrest.
It remains unclear whether he was apprehended by the police or the EFCC. In the meantime, his loyal supporters have taken to the streets and social media to demand his release.
Some have even called for a boycott of GTBank, withdrawing their funds in protest.
Amid these developments, a diss track questioning the arrest and whereabouts of VeryDarkMan has been released, further fueling the online outrage.
As the video gained attention, concerned individuals flooded the comment section to share their opinions.
