A Nigerian nail tech broke down in tears after a customer fled without paying ₦23,500 for nails and lashes — despite also borrowing money for food.
This was revealed in a post shared on TikTok, where the nail tech emotionally recounted how a lady and her friend came to fix their nails and lashes.
During the session, the customer allegedly borrowed additional money to buy snacks and drinks.
After the work was done, the customer claimed to have transferred the ₦23,500 bill. However, the nail tech said she never received the payment.
Her words: “I’ve cried and I’m still crying. She came with her friend, fixed their nails and lashes, and even collected money to buy snacks. She said she sent the money, but I didn’t get anything. Anuoluwapo, God will judge you.”
The incident has since gone viral, sparking sympathy from viewers and outrage over the customer’s actions.
