Big Brother Naija reality show star Uriel Oputa says her relationship stunt with colleague, Groovy was part of the reason she and her ex-boyfriend broke up.
DAILY POST recalls that Uriel, 34, sparked relationship rumours with Groovy, 29, after they were caught kissing in a viral video.
They, however, clarified that their rumoured relationship was a “stunt” and the kiss was “scripted.”
But appearing in the latest episode of the Spill With Phyna podcast, Uriel said despite the disclaimer, the stunt cost her her relationship.
She said, “A lot of people thought my relationship stunt with Groovy was real. Fans were already hyping our ‘relationship.' It was hard because I had people calling me. Part of the reason I broke up with my ex-boyfriend is because of the Groovy stunt.”
