Reactions trail a viral video showing a “luxurious” one-room apartment at Chevron, Lagos State that is being offered for rent for N700k.
The complete package comes to N700k at an “awoof” pricing, while the rent for the flat was reportedly N500k. It is made up of a little room, a bathroom and no kitchen.
The absurd price for a little flat that ought to have served as a security post shocked many. Others wondered if it is compulsory to stay on the Lagos Island.
