Famous Nigerian media personality Naijashimadun, also known as Baba Egbe, has expressed his extreme happiness on social media after singer Davido followed him on Instagram.
In a recent video published via his official Instagram profile, Naijashimadun expresses his excitment he is as he joins the rank of the people Davido is following on Instagram.
It should be noted that musician Davido, who has 29.7 million followers, is the artist in Africa with the most followers. Of those 2,111, Naijashimadun is one of them.
This development by Davido comes after Naijashimadun comments on the trending relationship between Young John and Davido's cousin, Nike Adeleke, who is the daughter of Osun-State Governor Ademola Adeleke.
While gushing about the relationship rumour between Young John and Nike Adeleke, Naijashimadun advises the music producer turned singer not to break the heart of Nike Adeleke, whom he refers to as his younger sister.
The Baba Egbe also tells Young John that he does not want to hear any negative rumors about his relationship with Nike Adeleke and wishes them all the best.
This situation, however, won the hearts of Davido because Baba Egbe honestly voiced his views in the video.
Davido responded by commenting on Baba Egbe's video and referring to him by his stage name “Naijashimadun” while also following him on Instagram.
Following this, Naijashimadun took to Instagram to give evidence that Davido had followed him, before instructing the members to welcome Davido into the group.
Naijashimadun whose real name is Emmanuel Phillip wrote; “EYIN OMO EGBE E WELCOME 001 SI NU EGBE @davido U R WELCOME IN”
