A tragedy occurred in Ibadan on Monday morning as an unidentified man reportedly fell from one of the top floors of the iconic 26-storey Cocoa House, located in the heart of Oyo State’s capital.
Eyewitnesses at the scene described the moment as shocking and surreal.

Another passerby said, “The victim first hit a roof beside the security post before crashing to the ground. It was a terrifying sight.”
