A young man has become the talk of the town after reportedly tying the knot with three women simultaneously in a magnificent ceremony, following his separation from his first wife.
The individual at the center of this unique wedding is Athuman Yengayenga, hailing from Shawnee, Mpanda Municipality in Katavi province, Tanzania. Yengayenga decided to embark on a journey of matrimony with three women, all on the same day, within the confines of a mosque.
Yengayenga disclosed that his motive behind marrying three women at once stemmed from his dissatisfaction with his previous spouse's decision to leave him. Determined not to be left alone in the future, he set a target to have a total of four wives.
During an interview with AZAM TV, Yengayenga expressed both his fortune and the challenges that come with such an arrangement, acknowledging the rarity of finding three women willing to marry him simultaneously.
