Reality TV star and billionaire heir Teseer Kidd Waya, popularly known as Kiddwaya, has set social media abuzz after revealing that one of the most valuable things his mother ever did for him was securing an Irish passport.
Taking to (formerly Twitter), the former Big Brother Naija housemate shared a photo of the passport with the caption:
“Best thing my mum did for me.”
While many fans applauded the gesture, one user questioned why, at his age, his mother was still handling such matters for him.
“So, as big as you are, your mom still does this for you?” the commenter asked.
Kiddwaya didn’t hold back in his response. He pointed out the harsh realities many Nigerians face, where support systems are often nonexistent from the government down to close relationships.
“Your government is not doing for you. Parents are not doing for you. Your friends are not doing for you. You yourself are not doing it for you. E remain God and so far we cannot see those blessings,” he replied.
His statement has sparked a mix of praise and debate online, with some defending his appreciation for his mother’s support, while others argued about the privileges associated with wealth and status.
Kiddwaya, who is the son of Nigerian billionaire Terry Waya, remains a polarizing figure, often drawing attention for his lifestyle and outspoken views.
