The couple’s wedding celebrations are taking place in multiple phases, with the Nigerian portion scheduled for April 17, 2025, under the hashtag #JP2025.
The excitement was palpable when a viral Instagram video surfaced on April 14, showing Priscilla joyfully welcoming her sister-in-law, Fatima, at the Lagos airport. Fatima had flown in from Tanzania for the occasion, and Priscilla’s warm embrace of her was a highlight. Upon arrival, Fatima was treated to a relaxing spa experience, arranged by Iyabo Ojo herself. Social media posts confirmed that more relatives and friends from Tanzania had arrived, fueling the wedding fever even further.
The #JP2025 wedding is expected to be an extravagant affair, with plans for a lavish celebration that promises to dazzle. Juma Jux had previously shared with HipTV that he would be bringing some of East Africa’s biggest stars, including Diamond Platnumz, to join the festivities in Nigeria.
In a lighthearted moment, the singer expressed his excitement about donning an agbada, the traditional Yoruba attire, while commending Nigeria’s rich culture and fashion. Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother, had also hinted at the grandeur of the Lagos event, revealing that the celebrations would consist of two ceremonies in Nigeria and two in Tanzania.
