Afrobeats singer Magixx has claimed that being afraid of embarrassment could hinder one’s chances of being successful.

He explained that many people are failing to utilise their potential because they are afraid of making mistakes and getting embarrassed.

Featuring on Hip TV programme, Trending, recently, the Mavin star said contrary to the claims that there are more talented people on the streets than those in the limelight.

According to him, the people in the limelight are most deserving because they earned their spots.

He said, “People always say there is somebody better out there. But, there is nobody better out there. The reason why that person is in that office is in that office is because that person deserves it. That person is the right person for the job. God doesn’t make any mistake.

“People say talent is plenty outside. Talent isn’t plenty outside. If Talent was plenty, they would have seen the talent. A lot of people mismanaged their blessings [potentials]. If you’re afraid of embarrassment you will never make it in life.”
