A Nigerian woman, who is married, recently took to social media to express her distress over a situation involving her mother-in-law. The mother-in-law had provided her with a helper, but instead of offering assistance, the helper required constant support and care.

The concerned wife shared a series of videos online, which quickly went viral and sparked a debate among regarding the appropriateness of the mother-in-law's choice.

In her social media posts, the married Nigerian woman shed light on the unexpected predicament she found herself in. Initially, she had asked her mother-in-law for help in finding a young girl to assist her with household tasks and taking care of her children, with the hope of lightening her daily workload.

However, the reality turned out to be quite different from what she had anticipated. The videos she shared online revealed the young girl actually sleeping on the same bed as the woman's baby, suggesting a level of dependency rather than providing assistance.

Expressing her dissatisfaction with the situation, the lady lamented that she had unintentionally become the one providing help to the girl instead of receiving the help she had initially sought.
