Governor Uba Sani has announced three fresh appointments.
NewsOnline Nigeria reports that Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has announced the appointment of three senior officials to bolster his administration’s service delivery and engagement with citizens.
The appointments, which take immediate effect, were confirmed in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibraheem Musa.
The appointees are Hon. Ado Dogo Audu as Counselor for Political Affairs, Abubakar Shehu Giwa as Special Adviser for Political Affairs, and Ahmad Shehu Haruna as Special Adviser for Economic Matters.
Hon. Ado Dogo Audu, a seasoned politician and accomplished businessman, previously served three terms in the House of Representatives. He chaired key committees, including the House Committee on Army, the Committee on Labour, Employment, and Productivity, and the Sub-Committee on Foreign Affairs for the Asia-Pacific region.
Abubakar Shehu Giwa, a respected political mobilizer and administrator, is a two-term former Executive Chairman of Giwa Local Government. He has played key roles in political campaigns, including serving as Chairman of the Campaign Council for the 2023 General Elections in Giwa Local Government.
Ahmad Shehu Haruna, a financial expert and chartered accountant, has nearly a decade of experience in financial consulting. He was previously an Associate Director at Haruna Yahaya & Co. Chartered Accountants, where he led various national and international engagements.
Governor Sani congratulated the appointees and urged them to work together to develop and implement innovative programs aimed at enhancing citizen participation and improving governance.
He expressed confidence in their ability to deliver on their mandates and wished them success in their new roles.
