Heartbroken Friend of Late Nollywood Actress, Cynthia Okereke, Recalls Dialing Her Number Upon Receiving the Tragic News
Bakia Thomas, a close friend of the late Cynthia Okereke, recently shared the heartbreaking experience of dialing her phone number upon hearing the saddening news.
Bakia recounted how Cynthia's son answered the call, his voice filled with tears as he shared the devastating news of his mother's passing the previous night.
Overwhelmed with grief, Bakia expressed how Cynthia had played a motherly role in his life, making it incredibly challenging for him to come to terms with her untimely demise.

“Actress Cynthia Okereke has left us. I saw the news earlier on punch newspaper and decided to call her number because we spoke just few days ago.
“Her son picked and told me her mother left them last night. She called to check up on my family just few days ago because we were very close.
“For actors who have worked with me, you will agree it's difficult to get me off your head so easily because I create memories that last a long while. Many actors turn to become a family long after a project.
