He said the development came as the country faced a sharp decline in its economic value and a weakening democracy.

Joseph expressed his deep disappointment with the actions of the National Assembly, accusing them of aligning with
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to him, Tinubu’s leadership was not fair, particularly in his handling of the suspended governor, Sim Fubara of Rivers State.

Joseph asserted that it’s not Fubara that was making Rivers State ungovernable but those in the name of “godfatherism”.

He raised concerns about the rising violence and insecurity in the country, especially in the Northeast, where killings and kidnappings were rampant, pointing out that while no state of emergency was declared during the #EndSARS protests in Lagos, one was hastily declared in Rivers.

“This was a clear indication of how the country’s governance is driven by the powerful elite, rather than the people’s needs,” he alleged.

Faduri Joseph said he was not happy with the President and the Attorney General of the Federation for the political situation in Rivers State.

Joseph Faduri condemned injustice, flayed demolitions of homes in Abuja and land seizures in Rivers State.” Despite the grim reality, I call on Nigerians to remain hopeful and continue speaking out. Nigeria will change,if we keep fighting for democracy,” he said.
