The former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, visited ex-President Muhammadu Buhari in London on Wednesday.
Interestingly, the visit took place on the same day Bawa turned 45 years old.
Abdulrasheed Bawa made history in 2021 when he became the youngest person to lead the EFCC at age 41. He was also the first person to head the agency without being a police officer.
In October 2023, President Bola Tinubu removed Bawa from office and appointed Ola Olukoyede as the new EFCC Chairman.
