Ex-Manchester United caretaker manager, Ralf Rangnick has claimed he never had disciplinary issues with Jadon Sancho, who has been forced out of the Premier League club by Erik ten Hag.
Rangnick spent six months in charge of the Red Devils, during which Sancho made his debut.
He has now defended the forward's character following his loan move back to Borussia Dortmund.
Sancho was banished by Ten Hag several months ago after a social media outburst before his departure.
“In the six months I had him, there wasn't a single discipline problem. On the contrary. He is a calm and pleasant guy,” Rangnick said in an interview with Sky Sport Germany.
“He had his best time in Dortmund and, when he was healthy, always played for me. However, he wasn't as carefree as in Dortmund.”
