Former Nigerian senator, Dino Melaye, has reportedly lost his multi-million naira G-Wagon in a ghastly accident.
The incident was shared on a popular social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), with a video showing the severely damaged vehicle.
However, the footage does not clearly indicate whether the former lawmaker was directly involved in the crash.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding who was in the car, the vehicle is confirmed to belong to Melaye, as a customized seat bearing his name is visible in the video.
A voice in the background of the clip can also be heard confirming the accident and the extent of the damage.
As of the time of filing this report, Melaye has not released an official statement regarding the incident.
