Asa Asika, a well-known talent manager from Nigeria who manages the famous singer Davido, recently shared his personal achievements and growth, highlighting the fact that he accomplished them without a university degree.
In an interview with popular social media influencer Smart Money Arese, the 32-year-old entrepreneur revealed that despite not having a degree, he successfully oversees the monthly salaries of over a hundred employees.
Asa, who made the decision to drop out of university, now operates multiple entertainment and management companies.
During the interview, he emphasized the uniqueness of each person’s journey and stressed that there is no predefined path to success.
Contrary to what many people believe, Asa proved that educational qualifications alone do not determine one’s achievements.
In his own words, he said, “I have no regrets because some of my closest friends, who hold Ph.D. degrees, earn very little.”
He further added, “Without sounding arrogant or disrespectful, I have friends who have pursued higher education, obtained Ph.D. degrees, and yet they work 9-to-5 jobs and earn very little.”
