A man, Alhaji Musa Baba and his wife, Mallama Fatima Baba, have been reported dead after they were involved in a tragic accident in Abaji Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
There was an accident in the nation’s capital involving a Mercedes Benz car and a motorcycle.
The victims were knocked down by the vehicle while on their way home from the farm on a motorcycle.
The accident occurred around 3 pm on Sunday, July 14, 2024, near the Abaji General Hospital junction.
Alhaji Baba d!ed on the spot while Fatima passed away at the hospital where she was rushed to for treatment.
Funeral prayers for the couple were held at the Abaji Science Primary School football pitch, led by Malam Ishaq Baba Tsana, Deputy Imam of Abaji Central Mosque.
Meanwhile, a community leader, Alhaji Dr. Yahaya Musa Muhammad (ARADA) has commiserated with the family and the entire Bassa Community Abaji, over the death of Alhaji Musa Tailor and his lovely wife, Mallama Fatima.
Dr. Musa prays to Allah to repose their souls, grant them Jannah and comfort the hearts of their family, friends and the entire Bassa Community, Abaji Area Council who will miss their elderly advice.
“We will continue to pray Allah to forgive them of their shortcomings and grant them an exalted place in Jannah,” he said.
