A Nigerian businesswoman was left devastated after paying a friend ₦6 million to order goods from China, only to receive empty cartons.
A video circulating on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, captures her heartbreak as she cries and rolls on the floor, recounting her ordeal.
She revealed that the money used for the transaction was her entire savings, lamenting, “I paid her to clear the goods; it’s all my savings. This girl has ruined me. She should have told me the goods were just empty cartons.”
