Body of sound engineer who died alongside Jnr Pope in boat crash exhumed (Video)

The body of Precious, the sound engineer who tragically died with Jnr Pope and three others in the Anam River boat accident on April 10, has been exhumed. Initially buried along the riverbank, his family sought assistance to bring him back to Rivers State for proper burial. With support from sympathizers and the Rivers State government, Precious’s family, along with some members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, undertook the solemn task of exhuming his body. Initially, after his body was discovered, it was laid to rest along the riverbank, in accordance with customs and traditions. However, in the aftermath of this tragedy, Precious’s family cried out for assistance to bring back his remains to Rivers State for a proper burial. In a recent development, Precious’s family with the support from people and the Rivers State government undertook the solemn process of exhuming his body. Some members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria were also instrumental. See photos and video below:

Reacting, a video which captured one of the survivors testifying in front of Precious casket triggered outrage among netizens.
