A native doctor identified as Ezeani has allegedly been captured by angry youths in Enugu following accusations that he uses humans for ritual purposes.
In response, the irate youths reportedly set his house, shrine, and several of his properties ablaze.
The incident was brought to public attention through a series of posts shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) by user @agnes_nwanneka.
The posts included two videos from the scene, showing crowds storming the alleged residence of the native doctor.
Footage from the videos revealed that various items in the shrine were destroyed, while flames engulfed the house and other belongings.
According to the caption accompanying the post, the attack on the native doctor was fueled by allegations of his involvement in human rituals.
However, no concrete evidence was shown in the videos to support the claim. It is also alleged that the native doctor may have fled the scene.
