Soso Soberekon has shared what Peter Okoye, from the now-defunct P-Square duo, allegedly said about why he and his twin brother Paul Okoye still haven’t patched things up, even with help from others.
During an Instagram Live session with media figure Daddy Freeze, talent manager Soso mentioned several influential people who have reportedly sought to reconcile the brothers.
He listed notable figures such as Goodluck Jonathan, Patience Jonathan, Peter Obi, Emeka Offor, and Obioma Liyel Imoke, the spouse of a former governor of Cross River State, among those who have intervened. Additionally, he mentioned hearing, though he could not confirm, that Dangote also attempted to mediate, yet these efforts have proven ineffective.
Soso claimed that Peter Okoye expressed discomfort with the manner in which the situation was addressed.
In Soso’s words, “According to Peter (Okoye), he was not comfortable with how Peter Obi handled it.”
The Okoye brothers—Peter, Paul, and Jude—have been embroiled in conflict for several years, originating from their musical collaboration. This ongoing dispute has escalated to the point of involving legal action with the EFCC.
